Do I need to pay VAT on Italpreziosi gold products?

Investment gold is VAT-exempt, so no additional taxes are payable.

However, it must be included in the ISEE declaration.

Once we receive the signed documentation, we proceed with collection by armored courier, collection from a depository, or delivery at our office.

Upon receipt of the goods, conformity checks are carried out on the metal and if there are no discrepancies, a bank transfer in favor of the customer is arranged.

How does the collection work with an armored courier in the event of a sale to Italpreziosi?

Once we receive the signed documentation relating to the order, we proceed with collection by armored courier.. The collection cost is approximately €60 (including insurance), with a surcharge for the islands and for values exceeding approximately €80,000.

The collection fees will be deducted from the final sale price, so there will be no need to pay anything in advance.

The specialized armored courier will contact the customer by phone to arrange the collection. At the time of pickup, they will provide a numbered “Seal Envelope”After placing them inside, the customer, together with the courier, will seal the envelope, so as to guarantee the maximum security, and a accompanying document. From now on, metals will be transported in complete safety: the transportation is fully insured.
